By using FixedFloat you agree to these terms. Please read them carefully before creating an exchange.

1. Service

FixedFloat provides an automated cryptocurrency exchange. We are not a bank, a custodian or an investment service. Funds are exchanged and forwarded to the address you provide.

2. Your responsibility

You are responsible for entering a correct destination address and network. Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible. We cannot recover funds sent to an incorrect address or wrong network.

3. Rates and fees

Rates are based on market data at the time of exchange. The applicable fee is shown in the exchange calculator before you confirm.

4. Limits

Exchanges may be subject to minimum and maximum amounts. Orders outside these limits will not be processed.

5. Prohibited use

You may not use the service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to refuse or delay any exchange at our discretion.

6. Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.
